Villa in the center of Andernos, Bassin d'Arcachon, for 4 persons (6 pers. possible) at 100m from the beach, classified 3*** by the Tourism Office. Shops and entertainment within walking distance. On ground floor : living room with a terrace and little city garden, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC. On 1st floor (mezzanine) : 1 bedroom for 2 persons with shower bathroom and toilet.
You can park your car in the garden or in front of the villa. For your comfort, air conditionner, wifi, barbecue, garden lounge. End of stay cleaning is included in the price, household linen is extra cost calculated according to the number of persons. Minimum period of stay : 1 week. Decreasing rate -10% on the 2nd week in summer. In July and August, arrivals only on saturday afternoon from 5p.m. Sanitary and safety measures are applied and in respect for our tenants, pets and tobacco are non authorized. Cleaning and disinfection at the end of your stay is free.
However, the villa must be left correctly tidy, dishes washed and back in the cupboards, coffee maker cleaned, sheets removed from beds and wrapped, toilets flushed, refrigerator defrosted, and the trash taken out. Garbage collection dates are displayed on the board near the kitchen, thank you for respecting them.

For hygiene and respect for sanitary measures, we don't accept animals in the villa and smokers are esked to abstain inside. Beds are equipped with washed and sanitized mattress and pillows protectors. Linen (bedclothes, towels and dish towels) is provided by our partner LOCLINGE.COM. So that, your beds will be made for your arrival !
